OUR CHARITY PARTNER
ODP/Effective Aid Ukraine is a 25-year-old Irish-registered charity currently focussed exclusively on the most effective ways of helping refugees seeking to flee the war in Ukraine and on the needs of people with special needs in institutions in Ukraine.
Traditionally known as IODP to reflect their previous work with orphans, children with special needs and child prisoners in Belarus – They currently trade as Effective Aid Ukraine and are in the process of establishing this as their registered name.
CORPORATE
Through our Charity Partner, ODP/Effective Aid Ukraine, all donations will receive an official receipt with details of the donation and their charity number (Registered Charity Number CHY 20054465).
FINANCIAL STRUCTURE
All financial matters concerning Misneach are independently audited by XXXXXX. Our Charity Partner is ODP/Effective Aid Ukraine and we follow their charity guidelines.
We are funded entirely by donations made by the public and corporate organisations. Monetary donations are principally received and aggregated though the Misneach GoFundMe web-page. All monetary donations are managed by our Charity Partners, ODP/Effective Aid Ukraine, registered Charity Number: CHY 200544765.
All funds donated (less GoFundMe transaction fees of 2.9% plus €0.25 per donation that allows for credit card transaction) go directly to ODP/Effective Aid Ukraine. In addition to monetary donations, Misneach continue to receive very generous offers of equipment from the public.
Together with the Advisory Group, Misneach is supported by a team of volunteers involved in the fundraising, project management, communications, and logistics.
